Carolina is a specialist in business law, focusing on corporate law, M&A, and capital markets. She has experience in mergers and acquisitions, mainly distressed assets (M&A), having worked in relevant transactions of companies in crisis or reorganization. Carolina has vast experience in implementing corporate reorganizations and structured transactions, issuance of securities (both in the domestic and international markets), and complex financial transactions.
