Henrique is a criminal lawyer with considerable experience in various cases, and administrative and investigative procedures, in all public and private spheres. He directly and exclusively carries out criminal investigative procedures, police investigations, inquiries, office of the attorney general for overdue tax liabilities, public-interest civil actions, and representations, among others, as a prosecution assistant, as well as in preventive and/or emergency defense for individuals and mainly for legal entities. He is an expert in evidence and hearing strategies, besides having already acted in jury court cases and execution of sentences.
