Karen works in the Contractual and Real Estate areas, preparing legal opinions, due diligence, negotiation, analysis, and drafting and managing national and international contracts for companies of different segments and sizes. She also has experience in the corporate advisory area, advising, corporate structuring and reorganization, corporate planning, and M&A transactions.

She has taken courses in International Law, Arbitration, International Contracts, Legal English and Negotiation, and an exchange program in London – United Kingdom.
