Lucas is a Labor Law and Labor Procedure specialist in consultancy and litigation. He has considerable experience litigating in Labor Courts, through all procedural stages, and in all instances, before the Prosecution Office, Ministry of Labor and Employment, and in the following segments: hospitals, fertilizers and agricultural inputs, health plans, metallurgy, transportation companies, schools, food, and individuals.
