He has almost ten years of experience in tax litigation and advising, involving direct and indirect taxes and strategic conduction of cases in the various courts in Brazil.

He has experience in contentious and advisory tax law, corporate tax management, and special procedures (offsets, refunds, installments, transactions, REFIS (tax recovery program), certificate of no overdue tax liability, tax benefits, etc.).
