Luna has worked for more than five years in the criminal area, with considerable experience in police investigations, criminal cases, Federal Police operations, and execution of sentences. She has experience in cases involving controlled products (pharmaceutical and chemical industries), tax crimes, and defense of officials and foreign trade professionals. As a prosecutor’s assistant, she has already worked with corporate fraud investigations and the subsequent adoption of the appropriate judicial measures, including Search and Seizure for confiscating counterfeit products.
