Marcela is a specialist in business law with a focus on corporate advising and experience in M&A transactions, wealth planning and succession planning in family businesses, and implementation of shareholders’ agreements. She has also performed legal, due diligence, and execution of corporate governance practices and corporate routines in national and international companies.
