Milton is a foreign trade specialist and has worked for more than 36 years in the advisory and operational areas. His work involves the implementation of the Special Customs Regime of Drawback in the Suspension and Exemption modalities, certification in the Brazilian program of Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), preparation of the Product Catalog, and Fiscal Classification of Goods, Ex-Tariff for Capital Goods and Information Technology, etc.

He is a University professor and lecturer.
