Rafaella is a Junior lawyer in the labor litigation area.

She prepares pleadings, conducts hearings in labor courts, and oral arguments in the various Regional Labor Courts, always defending the rights of employers.

She has experience in diversified areas, even in specific regulations. She works closely with the client, holding meetings for strategic alignment and preparing management reports with provisions and risk analysis.
