In the litigation area, he works in Labor Claims, ensuring the processes’ smooth running.

In the advisory area, he supports the Human Resources Department of companies in various sectors, advising on HR routines and social security matters. In addition, Victor prepares legal opinions, employment contracts, internal policies, and labor relations adequate for the LGPD.
