Andrea specializes in advising and structuring corporate transactions. She has experience in M&A, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, and planning. She worked in São Paulo at Matos Filho and Pinheiro Neto and has international professional experience as an M&A analyst for the investment bank Michel Dyens & CO.

Her international academic experience includes work in France and Singapore, where she earned an MBA from INSEAD, ranked #1 in the Financial Times Global MBA Ranking for several years.
