Has extensive experience in restructuring projects focused on reducing tax liabilities and mitigating taxpayer risks, as well as in preparing technical legal opinions in response to inquiries, conducting expert assessments for the recognition of public claims in bankruptcy proceedings, and performing accounting calculations. Advises on the analysis, structuring, and preparation of technical studies concerning tax incidence, tax credits, and tax reduction strategies for corporations, associations, consortia, cooperatives, and other business structures.
