Attorney whose practice has focused primarily on Corporate Criminal Law for the past five years. He has experience in major investigations and enforcement operations conducted by the Federal Police, Civil Police, State and Federal Public Prosecutors’ Offices, among other authorities. He develops litigation strategies and defense arguments in cases involving tax crimes, corruption, money laundering, and other offenses. He also advises on matters involving corporate fraud and the development of criminal compliance programs. Member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
