In the litigation area, works on labor claims, handling the procedural measures necessary for the proper monitoring and conduct of cases. In the labor advisory area, provides support to Human Resources departments of companies across a wide range of industries, advising on HR routines and labor and social security matters. Also prepares legal opinions with technical guidance on labor-related issues, drafts and reviews employment documents, and conducts internal investigations. In the social security area, conducts labor and social security compliance audits, with a focus on ensuring that companies’ practices comply with applicable requirements. Member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
