Luiz specializes in Customs Law, with experience in legal consulting and the strategic handling of matters in both judicial and administrative proceedings. He advises small, medium-sized, and large companies across a variety of industries on matters involving customs clearance, tariff classification, customs valuation, special customs regimes, tax recovery, and the preparation of technical and strategic legal opinions, always focusing on operational efficiency and risk reduction. He also handles urgent measures before the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service and other government agencies involved in foreign trade.
