Attorney practicing in Tax Law, with a particular focus on administrative tax litigation and tax compliance, and experience in the strategic management of tax liabilities, risk assessment, and the structuring of tax settlements at the federal, state, and municipal levels. She develops and implements strategies for resolving tax debts, negotiating with tax authorities, and integrating litigation and consensual solutions, with a focus on mitigating risks, preserving cash flow, and ensuring business continuity. She holds a leadership position within the firm’s administrative tax team and tax compliance practice, working closely with strategic clients and participating in highly complex tax matters.
