Octávio is a founding partner in Finocchio & Ustra Sociedade de Advogados, with relevant experience in a wide range of tax matters in the advisory and litigation areas. He carries out the structuring of new businesses in Brazil, tax planning, and infrastructure operations. Mr. Ustra is the Vice-President of the Brazilian Institute of Finance Executives (IBEF Campinas) and of the Tax Studies Committee of the Brazilian Institute for the Development of International Business Relations (IBREI).
