In the litigation practice, handles labor claims and carries out all procedural measures necessary for the proper progress of cases. In the advisory practice, provides support to Human Resources departments of companies across a wide range of industries, advising on routine HR matters and social security-related issues. In addition, prepares legal opinions, employment agreements, and internal policies, and advises on aligning employment relationships with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
