

Fernanda de Almeida Prado Sampaio is a partner in the Tax Advisory practice at FIUS and has approximately 15 years of experience in Tax Law, with significant involvement in strategic projects related to direct taxes, transfer pricing, and international taxation, including the analysis and implementation of global minimum tax rules (Pillar 2), as well as tax incentives for technological innovation and the structuring of tax planning strategies. Her practice includes preparing tax consultations and opinions, conducting due diligence reviews, assisting clients during tax audits, and advising on ancillary tax obligations, compliance, and tax review projects, always with a focus on risk mitigation and value creation. Having been with FIUS for more than nine years, she is part of the leadership team of the firm's tax practice, advising companies across multiple industries on complex and strategically relevant tax matters. She holds a law degree from PUC-Campinas and a postgraduate specialization in Tax Law from IBET and has been recognized by national legal rankings.
