A specialist in Tax Law and Procedural Law, Leandro Lucon has experience in corporate tax liability restructuring, tax advisory and tax auditing at Big Four firms, and in highly complex and high-profile tax disputes. He advises companies on complex tax transactions, leading negotiations and tax regularization strategies aimed at optimizing results, and represents domestic and international clients before Brazil’s main administrative and judicial courts. He previously served as a professor of undergraduate courses in Tax Law and Civil Procedure. He has been a Full Member of the Board of Tax Appeals (JRT) of the City of Campinas since 2022.
